Made from high-grade stainless steel (85×53mm, 1mm thick), As compact as a credit card, yet built to last. Although it is possible to stamp the SeedQR using a stamping tool, it is not recommended if you want to avoid bending the plate. The 1 mm thickness provides excellent strength for general use and storage, but using a punching tool may cause deformation.

The front features a 25×25 SeedQR grid with alignment marks for clean, accurate marking. Trace over the holes with the included marker for high-contrast, scannable results. For added redundancy, the right side provides space to write or engrave your full seed phrase using standard 4-digit BIP encoding (Full words are possible but space is limited) This gives you both QR and written backup on one plate. The backside features an additional 21×21 QR grid, giving you even more flexibility for your backup strategy. While this grid doesn’t include the helpful alignment marks, it’s perfectly suited to mark your SeedQR in a compact 21×21 grid.

The matte white finish isn’t just aesthetically pleasing, it virtually eliminates light reflections that can interfere with QR code scanning.

Each SteelSeed Card ships with a permanent marker. You get everything you need to secure your backup right away. Compatible with SeedSigner and other hardware wallets that use SeedQR.
