1. Payments: All payments are processed in XMR (Monero) and are confirmed over the blockchain. Transactions must be fully confirmed before an order is processed. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency, we do not offer refunds or chargebacks under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they send the correct amount to the correct address. Any errors in payment cannot be reversed or corrected by us.

2. Shipping: Orders are shipped via postal mail with tracking. For larger orders, a suitable courier will be chosen at our discretion. All shipping costs, potential import or customs fees, and any associated risks are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information. Damaged shipments should be reported to us within 48h of delivery.

3. Sales Policy: All sales are final. There is no return policy; however, after-sales support is available to assist with any issues related to product defects or order fulfillment errors. If a customer experiences a problem with their order, they must contact our support team within two (2) days of receiving the package. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any issues but do not guarantee replacements or compensation.

4. Order Processing & Backorders: If stock is low, orders may be placed on backorder. Customers will be notified if their order is affected and will have the option to cancel before processing. Estimated wait times for backordered items will be provided, but these are subject to change. If a customer chooses to keep their order on backorder, they acknowledge that delays may occur.

5. Customer Data: Customer data is deleted within one (1) week after order delivery to ensure privacy and security.
